Wrexham U3A offers Members Meetings and Social Events where you can join in with other Members.

The u3a Christmas Lunch was held at Wrexham Golf Club on Tuesday 26th November. Judith Dolben, our Chair, welcomed all members and the proceedings began by singing 'Happy Birthday' to Joan Williams, one of our long-standing members.
Forty-four members were treated to wonderful food in a lovely relaxed festive atmosphere complete with crackers and Christmas melodies.
Many thanks to Judith who also provided us with an enjoyable Christmas quiz which, thankfully, was not too difficult.
A vote of thanks to all involved organising the event was given by Derek Gwilliam, our President who also commented, ' We couldn't have had a nicer meal at such a thoroughly enjoyable event.'

We hold Coffee Mornings for any Member to join

There are Theatre Visits, Day Trips, Meals Out, Treasure Hunt and more.

To Join & Pay for our Events-- Login with your password and on our web page lower down, click box “Our Next Event”. Then lower down screen under Group contact details, click “Apply to join”. Then click “Confirm”. Wait until we see your application as we have to approve it. Then you will get an email with a link in it.  Ensure you have your card ready. Click this link and put in debit card numbers. We will email your confirmation.

Day Trips/Holidays are to book with Margaret Hadwin Smith. See Activities Menu and Social Trips. Cheques payable in advance to Wrexham U3A. Separate cheques for each Outing to Margaret, with the name of which trip on the back of each cheque.

To book a place by post, kindly telephone prior to booking and pass your cheque to Margaret, with trip name, your name and membership number on reverse of cheque.
