HELP -- How to join and login to use our Members website.

To Join -- Click “Join our u3a” or Contact our Membership Secretary or ask any Committee Member. Please dont apply until you intend to complete. Read & accept terms and conditions, have your card ready to pay the £15 Annual fee or your application will expire. We will email you a password so you can login and use our Members website to join in our activities.

How do I Login?
You will need your membership number and password
Click Login on blue bar
Enter your membership number
Enter your password, click "eye"icon to reveal password is correct.
Click Login again
If you have forgotten your membership number or details, contact the Membership Secretary, Anne Hughes at Members Meetings or via a member or group leader.

To your contacts in your email program. Make it a safe sender by marking it as NOT junk.. All email providers allow this. Look in your Spam/Junk for emails and mark ours as NOT spam. Or you will NOT see our emails.

If you have forgotten your password:

And would like us to send a computer generated one to you by email, please click "Information" Menu.
Then "Forgotten password" and enter your email address and membership number.
A temporary password will then be sent to your email. (check your spam folder)
You can then "login" with this temporary password and click "Personal" menu,
Then "Change password"
Please write the new password down for next time.
The "Eye" icon lets you see its correct.

To Contact a Member:

Login, Click on Personal Menu. Click Contact Member.
Type in part of their name, type MEM for help with your membership
Type WEB for help with website or passwords etc. Type GROUPS for advice about our groups. You can contact a Group Leader directly to discuss if its suitable for you. Type NEWS to send items to publish in our Newsletters.
Or Choose the contact from the drop-down list.
Type in your message.
At the bottom, click the green "OK" button.

How to check my details
Login, Click on the Personal Menu:
Select the relevant tab:
My Details
My Groups
My Payment
My Programme

Exploring the Website
Login, Click on Activities Menu
To join a new Group:
Click on Group List, and click on the Group to find out details.
Click on Join this Group then Confirm
If the group is fully subscribed you may be placed on its waiting list.
